These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Power Intensives website and your registration for Power Intensives events. By using our website or completing an event registration, you agree to these Terms.
Event Registration
Event availability may be limited and registration is subject to available capacity.
Information regarding event dates, times, locations, instructors, age groups, and schedules is provided through the Power Intensives website and may be updated when necessary.
The person completing a registration is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
If registering a participant under the age of 18, you represent that you are the participant's parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to complete the registration and required agreements on the participant's behalf.
Payments
Registration fees are displayed during the registration process.
Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. Power Intensives does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.
Your registration may not be considered complete until any required payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the event, timing of the cancellation, and applicable registration terms.
Any event-specific cancellation or refund conditions presented during registration form part of these Terms.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
Event Changes
Event details, including schedules, instructors, locations, or other arrangements, may occasionally need to change due to circumstances beyond our control or operational requirements.
When practical, Power Intensives will communicate material changes to registered participants using the contact information associated with their registration.
Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave appropriately and respectfully toward instructors, staff, other participants, and event facilities.
Power Intensives reserves the right to address behavior that creates a safety concern, substantially disrupts an event, or violates applicable venue requirements.
Waivers and Releases
Certain Power Intensives events may require a participant, parent, or guardian to review and electronically sign a waiver or release before participation.
Electronic signatures, initials, and acknowledgments submitted through the registration system are intended to document the person's agreement to the applicable waiver or release.
The specific terms of any waiver or release presented during registration are separate from and in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Text Messaging Terms
Power Intensives offers optional text messaging related to event registrations.
If you choose to opt in, you may receive text messages from Power Intensives concerning your registration, including registration confirmations, event reminders, schedule updates, location or arrival information, and other important event information.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or registering for Power Intensives services.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Power Intensives text message. After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out.
Reply HELP for assistance or contact events@powerintensives.com.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery may be affected by your wireless carrier, device, network availability, and other circumstances outside the control of Power Intensives.
Our collection and use of information associated with text messaging is described in our Privacy Policy.
Communications
By providing an email address as part of registration, you agree that Power Intensives may use that address to communicate information reasonably related to your registration or event participation.
Promotional communications, where offered, may be subject to additional choices or consent.

You may use the Power Intensives website for lawful personal purposes related to learning about and registering for our programs and events.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, misuse registration functionality, submit fraudulent registrations, or use automated systems to abuse the website or its services.
Intellectual Property
Content appearing on the Power Intensives website, including branding, graphics, photographs, designs, and other original materials, may be owned by Power Intensives or used with permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants permission to reproduce or commercially use such content except as permitted by applicable law or with appropriate authorization.
